Research Grants - Submitting a Final Report

Sharing Your Results

Dissemination of your research results is essential if your work is to be valuable to other educators. Therefore, your plans for dissemination are an important part of your proposal, and could determine whether or not your project is funded.

Pi Lambda Theta encourages all types of dissemination, including workshops and presentations of all scopes—from small local events to national conferences—and submission for publication in both scholarly journals and practitioner-oriented publications.

To complete your project, you must provide Pi Lambda Theta with a final report (about 10-30 pages). The report may be displayed at national and regional conferences. The report may include posters, graphs, tables, manuscripts, or publications. Presenting a workshop at a Pi Lambda Theta national or regional conference is encouraged, but not required.

If you accept a research grant, you may be asked to provide a photograph and interview to the editor of the Pi Lambda Theta NewsLetter.
