TOUR UNPARALLELED HISTORY!
As the first of the original English colonies in North America,
Virginia enjoys a primacy in the history of our nation that,
regardless of sectional claims, is beyond dispute.

PLT’s Virginia Area Chapter is sponsoring three opportunities for
conference participants to experience American history from the
first colony through the Civil War to the Civil Rights act.
Scheduled for the last double breakout on Saturday, the seminar
will end just before the city tour departs. The seminar content
will anticipate the tour attractions.
The tour is scheduled to depart Saturday afternoon at 3:30 PM,
about half an hour after the professional program ends. It will
return to the hotel around 6:15 PM, in plenty of time for
whatever dinner arrangements you have made. No conference events
are scheduled at the same time as the tour.
The tour is scheduled to depart Sunday at 12:30 PM, half an hour
after the conference ends. The motorcoach will return to the
hotel at 10:00 PM.
ENJOY GOOD FELLOWSHIP!
Take in American history in the company of friends. What a great
thing to share with old friends and new ones! A three-part immersion
in the history of our nation is just the thing to add even more
interest and intellectual challenge to an already fascinating
professional conference. The timing of Virginia’s 400th
anniversary celebration makes it even more exciting.
Retired Thetans, you asked for a richer conference—for more than
just great professional content. Our Virginia Area Chapter answered
with these tours. If you come to Biennial Council to see old
friends, this is the one you don’t want to miss! |
